Welcome

Our heartfelt mission is to create a serene and welcoming space where you can escape the demands of daily life. Here, you’re free to choose the treatments that align with your intentions, helping you reconnect with your true essence and inner happiness.

Life, as they say, is a roller coaster of highs and lows, and our bodies carry the imprints of every experience we’ve had. How we navigate these moments is shaped by our past experiences, values, beliefs, and emotions.

Our bodies often send us subtle messages—through pain, tension, or illness—urging us to acknowledge, process, and care for our emotional and physical well-being. Yet, in the fast pace of modern life, we often overlook these signals, turning instead to quick fixes and medical interventions that address symptoms but not the deeper cause. In doing so, we miss the wisdom our bodies offer: the need to rest, heal, and regenerate.

As sisters, we have each ridden our own roller coasters, facing times when we needed support but found it difficult to ask. Through our personal journeys, we discovered the profound power of holistic healing—learning to nurture not just the body, but also the mind and spirit. Walking our own paths of self-recovery and self-discovery, we are reclaiming part by part, our authentic selves. With a shared passion for healing, we came together to combine our knowledge and skills, giving life to Sakura Healing Therapies.

We have created a safe and welcoming space where you can step away from the busyness of life, pause, and turn inward. Here, you can explore how your past experiences shape your present choices, and most importantly, reconnect with yourself. You have the power to take charge of your well-being, to put your needs first, and to uncover the limitless potential within you. Healing is a deeply personal journey, and you have the freedom to choose the path that feels right for you.

Dee Wealands

Hi my name is Dee and I bring to Sakura Healing Therapies an open heart, listening ears and a gentle or firm touch, which ever you prefer. I found my path some years ago, during an intense daydreaming episode, where I asked the universe what it is I should be doing with my life? The universe responded and as plain as day the word 'Ka Huna' was bellowed from the heavens. I did obey this voice from afar, but only after some massive questioning, self doubt and fear, of course. I soon however realised I had nothing to loose and with the support and encouragement of friends, I enrolled at High Spirits Retreat in Kin Kin.

Sharlene Brown

I am Sharlene a mother of four children and a grandmother of three, with one on the way. I love life art, music and camping in my 4WD camper van with my fur babies and I am so excited to be following along and learning more about the essential oil world, the world of smell and it's healing benefits and properties.

I have been a RN working in Mental Health Drug and Alcohol for 25 years and life for me is fast and demanding.  I have experience in calming methods and sensory techniques counselling.

I see the repercussions of such a hectic life at my work every day and as a result of my own need to destress my interest in Essential Oils was born. I started using oils for many things, but mainly to help me sleep and create a sense of peace and calm in my home. They are powerful and potent and I love to create concoctions and create recipes for daily use.

Qualifications: Master of Health Science (Behavioural Science), Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology), Clinical Resource Therapist, Adv. Dip Clinical Trauma Hypnotherapist (graduating soon), Certified Practitioner of the DeTrauma Technique, Family Group Conference convener.

I grew up in a large family and my parents accepted many other children into our home. I learnt from an early age that we are all different and experience our life journey in different ways. It was these early experiences that led me to study psychology and start my career in child protection.
